If you would like to take part & Volunteer, please fill in your details in the Registration Form below and you will be automatically registered. We will contact you once we are able to take more volunteers. Thank you for your kind interest in helping those in need. Please complete one form per person. Thank you.
Intent to Volunteer Agreement
Thank you for wanting to be a Volunteer or a Coordinator at Takbeer Food Bank. Volunteer time 9 am – 1:30 pm.
By submitting this form you agree to all of the following including the Public Health Guidelines while volunteering at the Food Bank:
- Proof of full vaccine to volunteer
- Keeping 2 meters distance from others
- Wearing a Mask
- Wearing gloves and being particularly cautious while handling food packaging & distribution.
Face Mask, Gloves, and hand sanitizer will be provided for each Volunteer.
You also agree that you are attending the Food Bank at your own risk during this Covid-19 Pandemic. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns before volunteering.

Volunteer Registration Form
- Serving day: Saturday only
- 10am - 1 pm
Volunteers are requested to arrive at 9:00 am and stay until 1:30 pm for cleanup. Please be on time.
- If you signup to volunteer and DON'T SHOW UP, you will NOT be allowed to volunteer at Takbeer Food Bank again.
